Tarragon is one of the four fines herbes of French cooking (along with parsley, chives and chervil), and is particularly suitable for chicken, fish, and egg dishes. A perennial herb in our region, tarragon, like most of the herbs, needs well drained soil and plenty of sunshine. 18-36″ tall and 12 inches wide in two years.
Seedlings come in 2 1/3″ bio-degradable pots.
