A cluster of rose-white flowers framed by green, often one per plant. Flowers in May-June, and doesn’t spread much. Prefers full sun, readily tolerates dry conditions. Because of its shorter height, Spider Milkweed does not compete well with other plants. Height: 12″.
Seedlings come in 3 1/8″ bio-degradable pots.
A word about native plants: perennial plants, often with deep roots. Transplant them carefully as they dislike root disturbance. They are slow growing, and will not flower until the second year (or later).
