Munstead is an English lavender. Beautiful, light purple flowers the first year on large, dense spikes. Perennial in zones 5-7, especially if heavily mulched in late fall. Cut stems back just under flowers in late fall – do not cut into woody parts of stem. Lavender is commonly used for anxiety, stress, and insomnia. Plant height 12-18″ with same width.
Seedlings come in 2 1/3″ bio-degradable pots.
